I discovered last week that it is surprisingly easy.
As I am a director for BNI in Surrey, when I was in Spain last week for a few days I was offered the opportunity to present a training seminar to local BNI chapters – which was then promoted by the head of BNI in Spain.
So, from my Surrey BNI role I was presenting internationally – as BNI uses basically the same format world wide it is easy to visit meetings in other countries and feel comfortable.
As well as the BNI connection, I also met Keith Spitalnick and as a result we are connected through twitter and communicating online as well now.
You may think that your networking is just local, but by using the same procedures here in the UK I found it is very easy to expand this internationally.
