The flying tax man

James McBrearty has held a European (JAA) Private Pilots Licence since August 2000 and an American (FAA) Private Pilot Certificate since August 2001. He has built up over 340 hours in his logbook to date, and qualified to fly on instruments in clouds and bad weather, as well as at night. He has so far flown 24 different types of aircraft.

 

Author & Lecturer

He is the author of several e-books on tax and how it applies to the self employed, has lectured on tax and accounts to a class of entrepreneurs at St Mary's University, Twickenham, and regularly runs a presentation on 'Social Networking for Business.'

We are a member of the Epsom BNI chapter. James McBrearty is an Assistant Director of BNI, as well as having previously been a chapter director and secretary/treasurer of Epsom BNI.

As a director of BNI, James McBrearty has run training courses internationally for local chapters.

James McBrearty is a qualified Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) with nearly two decades experience in tax and finance.

The ACCA's CAT qualification is internationally recognised and highly regarded. To use the letters CAT after your name requires completion of both exams and practical experience.
